Patients have access to a receptionist face to face during the hours set out above. Telephone lines and online access via eConsult is open from 08:00am Monday - Friday only ( excluding bank holidays).

When the surgery is closed please call NHS 111. (Dial 111)

You can call 111 at any time for advice if you are unsure about a health situation when it seems to be less urgent than an Emergency. The call handlers will explain what you should do. 

Remember A&E is for emergencies only - call 999 in an emergency only.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

South Tees Access and Response (STAR) scheme has been set up by local practices to improve access to GP services outside of core hours. 

The service is provided from Park Surgery the one life centre in Middlesbrough.

Appointments can be booked directly from Borough Road & Nunthrope  Reception Team.

Appointments will be available from:

Monday-Friday 18:30-20:00

Saturdays 9:00-17:00.
