Book an appointment with a GP
If you have any new or ongoing concerns regarding your mental health please do not hesitate to book an appointment with a GP.
There is also a range of talking therapies* you can be referred to. The Practice also regularly reviews patients using specific medicines. We will invite you to attend an appointment with either the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner.
* "Talking therapies are treatments which involve talking to a trained professional about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour."
This definition is taken from this Mind publication which explains a great deal about the subject.
