As an experienced Clinical Practitioner, I provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment through to evaluation; this also includes prescribing appropriately. My role is useful for the management of your sudden onset illnesses or non-urgent illnesses or follow up's requiring same day appointments. If at any time I feel you need to be assessed by the GP this will be arranged. I may also see you for chronic disease management. Jane is also a member of the partnership.
