ONLINE eConsult is now the main way to contact us to request non urgent medical advice or administrative help. Click on the eConsult box above to get started. Please provide as much information as possible to help the doctor to decide what help you need and how soon you need to be seen. IMPORTANT If you think you need more urgent medical advice please contact the surgery by telephone. If you are unable to use eConsult or do not have access to eConsult via the internet please telephone or call into the surgery in person. A member of our administration team will support you to get the help you need. We hope that eConsult will reduce the number of incoming telephone calls helping us to keep the telephone lines clear for more urgent problems and those patients that are unable to use eConsult online. eConsult is available for non urgent requests for medical advice, administration and prescription queries from 7:45 to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) |

Dementia friendly practice
People with dementia and their carers should be able to access general practice and receive the best quality care and support.
As a dementia friendly general practice we aim to provide better support for people with dementia and their carers by:
- Improving quality of care and support for people with dementia
- Supporting national frameworks and standards for dementia including the NHS England Well Pathway and the CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework
- Supporting key lines of enquiry of the Care Quality Commission
- Reducing missed appointments and repeat appointments
- Increasing dementia awareness and understanding for all practice staff, as well as contributing to personal development and job satisfaction
